These photos were taken of our work on site to represent the necessary process we take to ensure your HVAC  and refrigeration units are in perfect running order.

SEfilter has seen it all over 25 years. Here is some of our work on coils over the years. Remember, before we came in to clean these coils, people within these facilities were breathing toxic air (as represented through our before and after images).

coils

This HVAC unit was covered in mold, dirt and debris. For years, it cost this customer 20% more on their power bill. SEfilter provided an in-depth cleaning to restore the unit and save the company thousands of dollars in repairs or replacement.

Insulation Repairs

More likely than not, an older HVAC system can experience an insulation repair within its lifetime. The glue that holds the original fiberglass insulation in place begins to fail. In the first picture below, an HVAC unit failed because the insulation was sucked into the belt.

It went from a $100 repair to a $3000 service call and repair.

We check all aspects of insulation with each visit. We also provide a FDA approved bubble-wrap material that is much more appropriate and healthier than fiberglass insulation initially installed in most units. Fiberglass has been banned in California for its cancer causing materials.

If your fiberglass insulation rips or fails, the fiberglass particles get into your business and can cause serious illness.

Ceiling Grill Replacements

As humans, we naturally look forward or down. However, at SEfilter we look up. Ceiling grills are commonly left untreated within most facilities. This is the direct passage of air throughout your facility. A clogged or dirty ceiling grill prevents proper air flow and a higher power bill.

Metal Frames

Cardboard filter frames fail frequently in providing adequate protection for the coils and motors. They bend and fold under pressure allowing gaps in which dirt and debris can slip through. Here are some photos of cardboard filters bending and folding before SEfilter came in to rectify the issues.
