Coil Cleaning is probably one of the MOST important duties of a proper maintenance, which is where a lot of the energy savings will be found.

Coils - The heart of your HVAC unit

Evaporator coils are typically damp and wet, causing mold and bacteria to grow voraciously. Coils can easily degrade if left dirty for extended periods of time, diminishing the effectiveness of cooling.

The MERV 12 polyester filters provided by SEfilter prevents mold build-up and the need to clean evaporator coils as often, while saving you money on your utility bills.

We also provide a MERV 3 filter for your refrigeration units, which reduces dust and grease accumulation on your evaporator coils.

Rain typically cleans the condensing coils, yet it does not penetrate the coil leaving it dirty from the inside out. We recommend coil cleanings every year to decrease power usage and increase the life of the unit.

Left untreated coils will grow a sticky film on them that is extremely difficult to clean.
